Looks like a smaller leaf version of Mrs. Snyder's Disreali. Brown, B. Frank 1960 Floridas Beautiful Crotons "Norwood Beauty:A brilliant oak-leaf type shaded red and yellow. A Craig seedling developed in 1811 and named for Norwood, Pa.,the town where the Robert Craig Nursery is located."
