Habitat and Distribution
Brazil to Peru.
Description
Trunk type: Solitary. Leaf detail: Palmately compound, with relatively even segmented divisions, erect leaves.
Culture
Requirements: Filtered light when young, full sun when mature, consistently moist soil, well drained position.
Curiosities
Rare in cultivation.
