Comments and Curiosities

A larger, solitary Pinanga from the Phillipine islands of Negros and Dinagat, where it is found in rainforests. Not unlike an Archontophoenix in general aspect, its main attraction is the long, deep purple crownshaft. It is easily cultivated in any tropical climate. (RPS.com)
