Well certainly in Mediterranean climate you could not put Corypha on this list... it might have cold hardiness in a tropical, warm climate like Florida, but in California it can't even survive more than 1-2 years.. I would rate it wimpy as Adonidia. I also think Brahea nitida and aculeata are more cold hardy than either palm on either end of this zone. This is a pretty narrow zone, and not sure what palms I would put on this list, if any. In my personal experience, these two palms are about the same hardiness, equal with that of Phoenix canariensis. IN fact, I have seem cold damage to Washingtonias in the San Fernando valley in the really cold spots, but never seen damage to a Queen palm.
