Description

A medium-sized palm from low elevation rainforests in northwestern Brazil with slender, smooth, clustering or solitary stems to 8 m (27 ft.) tall. It is a fast growing and very ornamental palm adapted to humid tropical climates. (RPS.com) Editing by edric.
