Description

Palm solitary (top 3 m). Costalmate leaves (diameter: 1 m), composed of 16 leaflets (long: 55 cm, width: 16 cm), petiole glabrescent (long 3 m). Flower bisexual, white (long 8 mm), grouped into interlayer compounds, and axillary panicles (long: 80 cm). Oblong fruit (long: 14 mm, width: 10 mm). (From the French)
